The Resonance of Belonging
I went to the symphony expecting music. What I found instead was a living field of energy and unity — weaving us together, healing us, and reminding us that we are all part of one great symphony.
Last Saturday night at the symphony felt like stepping into another world.
The cello, the bass, the violin — each instrument began to pour sound into the room, as did the resonance of love from the hearts of the musicians
But I didn’t just hear the music. I saw it.
From the back of the room I witnessed it move like golden molasses from the stage, slow and steady, filling the air until it wrapped around everyone in the audience.
It didn’t discriminate — the resonance didn’t pause to recognize color; it didn’t see gender, age or the delineation of country.
The notes moved through the elderly man shifting in his seat, the friends whispering, the people all dressed up, the people wearing jeans, me and the woman beside me.
I watched the music weaving us together in love. It was so beautiful.
Like a Photograph Developing
As I watched, I kept thinking of my old darkroom days.
In the darkroom, you float a piece of photographic paper in the developer and gently rock it back and forth until the hidden image slowly emerges.
That’s exactly what the music was doing. It was the developer. And we were holographic images revealing themselves and the connection to each other. Our shared humanity appeared — our uniqueness highlighted, yet all part of the same picture.
The truth revealed.
Seeing Energy in Real Time
As the music flowed, I dropped further into my clairvoyant sight. I saw not only people’s physical bodies but their meridians, their acupuncture points, their energy bodies.
I saw how the stronger life force of some audience members began to support those who were older, tired, or hurting. It was as if the whole room was one organism, self-regulating, redistributing life force where it was needed most. Healing each other.
The music turned us into the symphony.
This is community at its most natural: not an ideal we strive for, but something that happens organically when our souls lead without human mind interference, without the opposition of fear, judgement and a lack of love.
From Irritation to Compassion
To be honest, at another time, I might have been irritated by the noise — the squeak of shoes sticking to the floor, the coughs, the man shifting restlessly next to me. But on this night, I saw his nervous system. I could feel and see how uncomfortable it must be to be in his body. Compassion and love filled my cells.
Without even thinking, I raised my hand slightly and sent him calming energy, inviting his system to receive the resonance of the music and my compassion. This, too, felt like part of the symphony — invisible notes being played in the subtle body. Love pouring into him. I began to consciously collaborate with the music.
A Higher Octave of Community
What the music showed me is this: community isn’t just a concept. It’s an entity. It’s a living field that holds us when we allow ourselves to soften into the truth of it.
When we gather in beauty, in our essence, our uniqueness becomes our instrument, and together we create a song greater than any one of us could play alone.
Why I’m Writing This
Because there is a great call for UNITY.
This is why I write here. This is why I hold space.
Because when one of us softens into the resonance of healing, we all soften.
We are all instruments. We are all musicians. And when we allow the unseen to flow through us — like music, like light in a darkroom — the picture of our shared humanity appears.
If these words find you, know that your Soul chose this time to be here, to love and to unify the field. Breathe this truth, know you and every being you share the Earth with are part of your symphony too.
