I WAS LISTENING TO HOMES LONG BEFORE I KNEW THAT I WAS.

Looking back, the relationship was there all along.

I spent nearly two decades as a top-producing Realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area. At the time, I thought I was simply very good at understanding people and homes.

I see it differently now.

Without realizing it, I was often sensing the relationship between the soul of a person and the soul of a home.

Later, when I began buying and renovating properties of my own, something happened that I never thought much about at the time.

The day I received the keys, before a contractor entered and before I changed a single thing, I would stand in the middle of the house and speak to it.

I would tell the home that I was about to make a lot of changes. That I wanted to make it beautiful. And that I wanted to do so with respect.

Then I would ask:

How do you want to look and feel?

And I would wait.

What followed was never formulaic.

I didn't repeat the same tile, fixtures, colors or finishes from house to house. Somehow each property developed an identity entirely its own. The materials, textures and details would emerge as the renovation unfolded until the home felt less like a remodeled property and more like a completed piece of art.

The homes consistently sold for more than asking — sometimes to all-cash buyers willing to pay a premium beyond what comparable sales or an appraisal could easily explain.

At the time, I thought I was renovating houses.

Now I understand that I was in relationship with them.

AND THEN THE FIELD WIDENED.

Years later, something unexpected began happening within my healing work.

While working clairvoyantly with people navigating serious illness, their homes began appearing within the work.

At first, it was the trees.

Trees outside a home would enter my awareness and begin revealing their relationship to the person, the land and the structure itself.

Then the walls of the home would appear.

The land.

The plants.

The animals.

The stones.

My perception began to pan outward.

What had once appeared to be an individual person became something much larger — a living field of relationships.

The person was not separate from the place that held them.

I began perceiving the relationships between the human being, the home, the land, the trees, the animals and the other living beings within a place — and where those relationships felt coherent, disrupted, depleted or asking for attention.

It changed the way I understood environment.

A home is not simply where our life happens.

It participates in our life.

The spaces that surround us can influence how we feel, how we rest, how we create, how we relate and how supported we feel as we move through our lives.

And we influence them in return.

This is where my worlds finally converged.

The Realtor who had spent decades pairing people with homes.

The woman who had unknowingly spoken with every house she renovated before touching a single wall.

The clairvoyant whose perception had widened beyond the individual human being to include the home, the land and the living relationships surrounding them.

AND SOMEWHERE WITHIN THAT CONVERGENCE, THE HEALTOR™ WAS BORN.

Not because I stopped being a Realtor and became a healer.

And not because I stopped being a healer and returned to real estate.

Because I finally understood that, for me, they had never really been separate.

The same clairvoyant perception I bring to my work with people allows me to perceive the unseen layers of homes and land.

The same reverence I bring to the human body, Spirit and healing belongs in the way I approach a place.

And the decades I spent inside real estate gave me an intimate understanding of what home means during some of the most significant transitions of our lives.

What I once did instinctively, I now do consciously.

Before asking a home to receive someone new, there can be tremendous value in acknowledging what has happened there and what may be ready to complete.

Preparing a home for market is not only about what we remove or what we add. It is also about how a space feels when everything within it is in relationship.

This is not traditional staging, and it is not feng shui.

Through clairvoyant perception, I work with the energetic field of the home and the physical elements within it — furniture, art, color, texture, plants, objects and open space — to create greater energetic coherence throughout the property.

A room can be beautifully staged and still feel unsettled in the unseen realms.

Another can contain very little and somehow invite you to stay, like a cozy blanket embracing you. That’s the magic.

I can perceive that difference.

The intention is to create an environment that feels visually beautiful, energetically cohesive and receptive, while still honoring the practical realities of presenting a home for sale. This is a way of honoring everything that is.

It is not about manufacturing an energy designed to manipulate a buyer. It is about reviving the resonance to meet the buyer/s.

It is about allowing the home to come into greater alignment with itself before it meets whoever may be next.

WHEN A LISTING ISN'T MOVING

Sometimes the pricing is right.

The presentation is beautiful.

The marketing is strong.

And still, something isn't moving.

There can be many practical reasons a property does not sell, and this work does not replace sound real estate strategy.

But there may also be value in perceiving what is happening within the unseen layers of the property.

Is something unresolved?

Is there an attachment to the home that has not yet released?

Is the property holding the imprint of something that needs to be acknowledged?

Is the home itself ready for transition?

Sometimes another layer of information can illuminate something that isn't visible in the MLS, the photographs or the comparable sales.

No two homes or pieces of land ask for the same thing. The work is guided by what I perceive, what you are experiencing, and what the place itself reveals.

Energetic imprints within the home and land
Homes remember. Land remembers. I may perceive residual energy connected to the people, relationships, events or experiences that have occurred within a place. We listen for what is still present and whether it is asking to be acknowledged, released or transformed.

The consciousness of the land
The land beneath a home has its own history and intelligence. I listen to what may have occurred there, what has been disrupted, and what may support a more harmonious relationship between the land and those living upon it.

Areas of density, disruption or heightened energy
Certain areas of a property may feel depleted, congested, unusually active or especially alive. We can identify these areas and work with them rather than simply labeling them as good or bad.

The living beings of place
Trees, plants, animals and other forms of life can be part of the conversation. When they present themselves within the work, I listen.

Spiritual presences
At times I perceive the presence of those who have died or other spiritual presences connected with a place. When appropriate, I work compassionately with what is present and support release or resolution when it is called for.

Power places
Some areas of land naturally carry a strong sense of grounding, vitality or connection. These places may become meaningful locations for rest, meditation, ceremony, gardens or simply deeper relationship with the land.

Clearing, healing and restoration
When something is ready to move, I work intuitively with the home and land to help release what no longer belongs and restore greater coherence to the space.

Ceremony when called for
Sometimes the work asks for ceremony. Sometimes it doesn't. I don't arrive with a predetermined ritual or impose one upon a place. The work itself tells us what is needed.
